Self-Exclusion & Account Closure
Self-exclusion is a formal agreement between you and dk22 to restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Unlike a cool-off period, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its expiry date. Once you submit a self-exclusion request, dk22 will close your account within 24 hours, cancel all pending bonuses, and prevent you from opening a new account for the duration of the exclusion period.
Self-exclusion periods available at dk22 are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. During the exclusion period, dk22 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform, including removing you from marketing lists and suppressing bonus communications. To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request" and your account username.
If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will be closed indefinitely and cannot be reopened. Any funds remaining in your account at the time of exclusion will be returned to you in full, minus any applicable pending wager requirements, within 5 business days.
